2020 Folkestone Triennial "The Plot": Postponed

As the impact of Covid-19 continues to reverberate throughout our community and across the world, we have made the difficult decision to postpone Creative Folkestone Triennial. Our priority lies with ensuring that our team, artists, partners and you remain safe and well. We therefore feel it would be irresponsible for us to continue as planned with Folkestone Triennial in September.

Creative Folkestone Triennial will now take place in September 2021. In this time, we will continue to work hard to present an exhibition and programme of works that are ambitious in scale and a celebration of everything we have overcome together. This new timescale will allow us to deliver our commitment to you as the largest exhibition of newly commissioned work in the UK.

Curator Lewis Biggs and the Creative Folkestone team are working hard to establish new dates for Folkestone Triennial and will announce information as soon as possible. In the meantime, stay safe, look after each other and never stop looking for inspiration wherever you may find it.
