£50,000 fund to cut Kent Household Waste
People and organisations in Kent are being offered the chance to get a share of a £50,000 grant to help fund schemes that cut household waste.
Kent Waste Partnership said money could be made available for electrical goods recycling projects, energy saving initiatives and waste reduction ideas. Nearly 800,000 tonnes of waste is created annually by households in Kent.
- Community organisations must submit Expressions of Interest by 20 January 2009
- A full project Proposals Note must be submitted by 16 February 2009
Organisations must make submissions by these dates in order to be eligible for consideration for funding.
