Carriageway Repairs to Church Road, Cheriton

Kent Highways are carrying out around £11,000 of road repairs in Church Road, Cheriton this week, at various locations between Risborough Lane and Horn Street.
There are sections of the carriageway that have been identified as falling below an acceptable condition, and Kent Highways say that the resurfacing "will restore a good running surface".
The works were timetabled to start on Monday 28th July 2008, for an estimated 3 days. Works will be carried out during normal daytime working hours, but adverse weather may affect the proposed works.
