Children design a poster for Folkestone

The Creative Quarter and Stop 24 are organising a special competition over the last two Saturdays in May inviting children to design a poster for Folkestone.

On Saturday 24th and Saturday 31st May poster painting activities will be held in 45, The Old High Street from 9.30am to 5pm. Children (up to 14 years old) will be invited to create a 'poster for Folkestone'.

All materials and a poster template will be provided and the finished posters will be entered into a competition on public display at Stop 24, the new motorway services and port early arrivals centre at junction 11 off the M20.

The posters will be on display from 7 June for 3 weeks to allow members of the public to vote on their favourites and the winners of each age group; 5-8, 8-11 and 11-14 will be presented with a £25 book voucher and £100 cheque for their school.
