Congratulations to new Grandparents Kate & Tom McNeice!

Congratulations to Shepway Lib Dems Tom and Kate McNeice who became Grandparents today. Daughter Beth and husband James had a 7lb 10oz baby boy this morning.

All are doing fine and Tom & Kate are planning to visit their first grandchild this afternoon.
