Social Enterprise Kent

Social Enterprise Kent are delivering a cost of living support project across East Kent.

They offer one-to-one support for individuals to help them address the root causes of poverty such as employment, loneliness, housing, anxiety, poor diet, managing money, to help people to improve health outcomes and subsequently reduce the need for primary / emergency care.

To be eligible people just need to be over 18, live in east Kent and be able to actively engage with them.

They've asked me to pass of their details to anyone who thinks they could use the sort of help on offer.

You can learn more at https://sekgroup.org.uk/support/support-for-people/cost-of-living-support/ or contact them directly at costofliving@sekgroup.org.uk or by phone 01843 210005.

There is also a directory of Cost of Living Support help available across East Kent (Folkestone & Hythe specific support is on pages 30-41).
