East Folkestone By-election: Bev Rolfe would be a Real Champion for Folkestone

10 Sep 2015
Bev Rolfe - Folkestone Town Councillor for Folkestone Park

Well known Folkestone campaigner and former Folkestone Town Councillor Bev Rolfe is the Liberal Democrat candidate for the forthcoming East Folkestone ward Folkestone Town Council by-election.

The by-election will be held on 17th September following the tragic death of longstanding Councillor Paul Marsh. Polls will be open from 7am to 10pm.

Due to a cost-saving decision by Folkestone Town Council, no Polling Cards have been issued for the poll. You do not need your polling card to vote. If you live in the East Folkestone ward, you simply need to turn up to the polling station at:

  • The Salvation Army Citadel, 75-79 Canterbury Road, Folkestone [Poll numbers EF1-1 to EF1-2528/8]
  • St Johns Church Hall, St Johns Church Road, Folkestone [Poll numbers EF2-1 to EF2-2011]
  • Wood Avenue Library, Wood Avenue, Folkestone [Poll numbers EF3-1 to EF3-3340]

Five candidates have been nominated, and their details and those of polling stations are on the Shepway Council website.
