Eurotunnel look for new tenants for Cheriton Parc House
The owners of Cheriton Parc House in Cheriton Parc by the M20 are searching for new tenants for the landmark building overlooking the M20 and Eurotunnel Channel Tunnel terminal. The building was built in 1993 and has acted as a call centre and administrative offices for Eurotunnel over the past 13 years.
Cheriton Parc House has excellent communications given its location just 2 minutes drive from junction 12 of the M20 and the Eurotunnel terminus, and would be suitable for a wide range of uses including as a headquarters building or call centre. With around 2,300 sq metres (25,000 sq feet) of floor space over four floors, the office can be let as a whole or divided into floors.
Tim Prater, Town Councillor for Cheriton in which Cheriton Parc House is located, has looked around the building and commented:
"This landmark building would make a superb headquarters building for a company that needs the best possible communications with Europe. Its brilliantly located with good parking, and has lots of bright, airy space.
"With the space for potentially hundreds of employees, a new tenant for the building would be a real and welcome boost to employment in Cheriton and Folkestone as a whole. I wish Eurotunnel all the best in their search for new tenants."
