Folkestone Film Factory Summer Schools

21 Jul 2010

Over the summer, Folkestone Film Factory is running a series of five-day film workshops for 8 to 15 year olds, in which they will get the chance to make their own film. Last summer saw the making of an apocalyptic disaster film, a zombie dance-off and a surrealist comic art film. Each workshop is limited to 10 places to ensure participants have the chance to try every aspect of film-making.

Summer workshops will run from 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday on the following dates:

  • August 2nd - 6th
  • August 9th - 13th
  • August 16th - 20th
  • August 23rd - 27th

There are still a few place left for young people to take part, so if you're looking for a positive activity to keep your children amused this summer holiday, download the summer school brochure from the Folkestone Film Factory website at http://tinyurl.com/26hnvgj and there is a £100 voucher for you to use. Places are subject to availability - be quick and secure your place.
