Folkestone Literary Festival 2008 underway

Sandy Toksvig: 2007 Political Humourist of the Year at the 2007 Channel 4 Political Awards, Radio Broadcaster of the Year by the Broadcasting Press Guild

The Folkestone Literary Festival is underway with talks by some well-known faces from the world of entertainment, including Maureen Lipman, Denis Norden, Kate Adie and Sandi Toksvig.

Leading writers such as Joanna Trollope, Quentin Letts, John Hegley and David Starkey will also be reading extracts from their latest books, as well as taking questions from the audience on all aspects of reading and writing.
