Folkestone Town Council: Record Breaking, Fossils & Anglo Saxons
Folkestone Town Council have launched a series of events for children this summer and are hoping to programme further talks and walks which will be announced shortly.
Tuesday 28th July: Anglo Saxons

Discover what life was like in Anglo Saxon times and how we learn from our past, make your own Anglo Saxon pot, learn the art of cord winding, write a secret message in runes and see real Anglo Saxon artefacts. Come and help us dig for dinosaurs, create your own fossil, see a real Mammoth's tooth, hunt for dinosaurs and learn about the creatures that left their mark on the Kent coast thousands of years ago.
