Former Shepway Councillor Dies

Former Shepway District Councillor John Spencer died on the night of Thursday 22 November. Mr Spencer served on Shepway Council from May 1995 to May 2003, as a representative for Hythe East Ward. He also served as Chair of the Development Control Committee.

Shepway Liberal Democrats would like to offer our condolences and good wishes to his family and friends at this time.
