Folkestone Harvey Central Liberal Democrat Councillor Gary Fuller has this week reported a whole variety of highways issues affecting Central Folkestone to Kent Highways. As a follow up to reporting various pathway potholes to County Councillor Roland Tolputt last week, Gary has reported an extensive list of defects affecting local streets to Kent Highways.

The issues that Gary has reported include:

  • Potholes on the corner of Bouverie Road West and Christchurch Road
  • Potholes on the roundabout connecting Bouverie Road West and Castle Hill Avenue
  • Potholes in Manor Road
  • A malfunctioning street light in Manor Road
  • Pathway potholes in Claremont Road
  • Pathway potholes in Cheriton Gardens
  • A damaged road sign in Cheriton Gardens

Commenting Gary said:

"Kent Highways have recently completed an extensive programme of repairs, but parts of Central Folkestone seem to have been missed. Hopefully, now that they are aware of these issues, action will be taken to rectify them."

If you spot any potholes, damaged signs or faulty street lights in Central Folkestone, please contact Gary on 07776145084.
