Kent Highways Notice: Temporary Closure of Sandgate Road Eastbound

Kent County Council gives notice that A259 Sandgate Road, Folkestone will be closed to east bound through traffic, on or after 12 January 2011 for up to 2 days. The road closure is necessary for emergency gas repairs.

The east bound section of the road will be closed between the junctions with Earls Avenue and Castle Hill Avenue.

The alternative route is via A259 Earls Avenue, Shorncliffe Road, and Castle Hill Avenue. West bound traffic is unaffected.
