KidsOut: 2020 Giving Tree Appeal

27 Oct 2020
Decorated Christmas Tree

KidsOut was able to provide every child in refuge during the 2019 Christmas period at least one new toy and is happy to announce that the 2020 Giving Tree Appeal is now live and ready for you, friends and colleagues to sign up to take part again.

Due to Covid-19, the children they support are needing more than ever before and therefore intend to provide more than one new toy per child.

Children in refuge are effectively living in a state of lockdown until they are moved to a new home far away from the abuser and their friends. This is taking an even longer time due to the impact of Covid-19. Please help to give these children a reason to smile this Christmas. KidsOut is the only charity that supports every child who is a victim of domestic abuse living in a refuge.

During the COVID crisis KidsOut has been providing food vouchers, toy boxes, technology for education and memorable events for the families who have faced physical, emotional and sexual abuse.
