Liberal Democrat Autumn Conference 2016 - All Members Welcome & Vote!

Liberal Democrat Autumn Conference 2016 registration is now open. We're going to Brighton between 17th-20th September to discuss politics, meet new friends and learn new skills.

For the first time we're offering everyone a Super Early Bird registration rate of just £60 if you book within the week (making it cheaper to attend as a regular member than in the last 6 years!). Click here to register your place now.

But don't worry if you miss it - the usual early bird is, as always, available for longer and you can register for just £73 until 27th May. Claimant rates have been frozen again.

At Spring Conference we discussed diversity, cannabis, fracking, housing, online privacy and Syria. It was also the first time One Member, One Vote was exercised, ending the previous arrangement where only voting representatives could vote on policies. Now, every member who attends for either the week or the weekend can vote on our policies.

We are also trialling a shorter Autumn Conference this year, ending on the Tuesday rather than the Wednesday. I hope that this will make Conference more accessible and affordable, cutting the cost of hotels and allowing more members who are in work or school to attend.
