Every staff member from the three Mont Calm Residential Homes were in costume, with packs of cards and a Queen of Hearts and they encouraged many of the residents to take part in the singing and dancing. I circulated and enjoyed speaking to both staff and residents and was even bold enough to take to the dance area in the garden myself.

I am so impressed with the love and care that the staff give to the residents and it was evident that they enjoy their job.
