Police Contact Points - Updated
Police Contact Points are held each day from Monday to Friday on a rolling two-week schedule. The police vans stop at mainly rural locations for an hour each visit, enabling residents to drop by and speak to a PCSO about any policing concerns or local issues.
They are in addition to the hundreds of existing surgeries and public meetings and live online Q&A sessions that local officers hold each month - there has never been more ways to contact us.
Keep up-to-date with your local Police Contact Point in two easy steps.
1. Find your nearest Police Contact Point (PCP) location
Ashford | Canterbury | Dover |
Shepway | Thanet | Maidstone |
Tonbridge and Malling | Sevenoaks | Tunbridge Wells |
Dartford | Gravesham | Swale |
Medway |
2. Follow your district's PCP on Twitter
If you can't attend, you can find out what was discussed or ask a question by following your local Police Contact Point van on Twitter as it travels around each district. Follow:

What if my area isn't covered by PCPs?
The Police Contact Points are held in mainly rural locations to give residents even more opportunities to speak to their local officers. If your area is not visited by one of the PCPs you can still meet your local officers by going along to one of their public meetings, including surgeries where you can speak to an officer on a one-to-one basis. Details of all the meetings taking place each month can be found in our district listings.
