Shepway Lib Dems were delighted to welcome Lib Dem Presidential hopeful Liz Lynne as an extra member of the Harvey Central by-election team today.

Liz joined the team to help speak to voters about the by-election and encourage them to support former Mayor Tom McNeice in his bid to be elected District Councillor for Harvey Central ward. The by-election was called after the resignation of Conservative Councillor David Johnson.

Commenting on Facebook, Liz said:

"Good day campaigning in Folkestone Harvey Central ward for Tom McNeice in by election today. Out on the doorstep with PPC Lynne Beaumont, Aston Mannerings and team. Committee room run brilliantly by Darren Briddock."
