Information supplied by Shepway District Council. Recycling and waste collections will return to normal from Monday 30^th December - there will be collections on Wednesday 1 January 2014 as normal.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL COLLECTIONS FROM 23^RD - 27^TH DECEMBER 2013 ARE AFFECTED.

There will be no garden waste collections week commencing 30 December 2013 until week ending 10 January 2014.

The Folkestone Domestic Waste and Recycling Centre (Ross Way, Shorncliffe, Folkestone CT20 3UJ) will be closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Otherwise its opening hours are:

Monday to Saturday: 8am - 4.30pm
Sunday and Bank Holidays: 9am - 4pm
