Southeastern say: If you're in London, get home NOW

1 Dec 2010

Update from Southeastern trains, Midday, 1 December: We are advised by the Met Office that more snow is expected today and rail services in and out of London are likely to be severely disrupted. Our advice to commuters using Southeastern services who managed to get into work today, is to leave London as early as possible.

The revised service pattern is below and will l remain in place for Thursday 2 December. Due to the weather forecast we are still advising passengers to consider whether their journey is really essential.

We are continuing to work with Network Rail to try and get services moving and all Mainline passengers with a ticket are able to travel on High Speed services at no extra cost while the contingency timetable is in place.

We apologise to all passengers affected by the on-going disruption.

Mike Gibson - Public Affairs Manager, Southeastern
