The Jazz Caverners are a popular local band, starring local councillor Roy Martin. The event kicks off at 4pm with food, drink and a chance to check out auction items on offer. The band will then take to the stage for the first half of their set. During the interval there will be an opportunity to pick up a bargain in the Grand Auction, hosted by Charlie Wycherly, a well-known local auctioneer. Norman will then sing with the Jazz Caverners for the second half of their set.

The event is open to non-Lib Dem members and will not involve political speeches or activities, so please encourage your friends and family to come. Proceeds from the event will be split between the European campaign and Lewes Lib Dems.

Date and time: Sunday 21st September, 4-7pm. Venue: All Saints Centre, Lewes.

Tickets are £15 if purchased before August 31st, and £18 thereafter. There is a 10% discount for bookings of 8 or more, so get members from your local party to book together. Ticket price includes entrance to the event only.

A buffet will be available for £5 per person with a range of food to suit all tastes. The bar will be open throughout the event selling wine, beer and soft drinks. The venue is situated very close to the train station, so you can leave your car at home and enjoy a drink at the event.

Bag a bargain at the Grand Auction. The full list of lots for the auction will be sent to everyone who has purchased tickets in advance.

Lewes is easily reachable by rail and road from the whole of the South East. The venue is situated 5 minutes walk from the train station and a large car park, and the finish time of 7pm will give you plenty of time to get home. Please email leweslibdems@hotmail.com for further advice on travel.
