Update: Sandgate's Side Streets

26 May 2015

On a quick local survey of just a few of Sandgate's side streets, local Lib Dem Gary Fuller found a pothole on every single street. He reported the potholes, in Lister Way, Lachlan Way, and Parade Road to Kent Highways and has now had an update on the planned works.

Commenting, Gary said:

"Site visits have taken place to both Lister Way and Lachlan Way, and the works have been scheduled. The works to both roads will require a road closure, and should be taking place in the next couple of month. I'm glad Kent Highways have reacted to my request to look at the state of these two road. I'm still waiting to hear about Parade Road, and will continue to look at the other side streets in the Village."
