Volunteers Week Celebrates 40 Years

Volunteers Week takes place from Monday 3 June to Sunday 9 June.  This year, Volunteers Week will be celebrating its 40th anniversary, so is a significant milestone and cause for celebration.

The Big Help Out is happening on the 7th-9th June and it is a great opportunity to try volunteering and encourage more regular community based volunteering. Please have a look at the website here.

Thank You Day is happening on the 7th July. It is a campaign that has brought millions of people together to celebrate each other and give thanks to those that go above and beyond. They’re about communities coming together for a day of authentic, local celebration and connection - making the most of things that make it home. Please have a look at the website here.
