Lynne Beaumont with Folkestone and Hythe MP recognition survey — 7 in 10 people in a Folkestone and Hythe street survey couldn't recognise their local MP

In a local survey, just 30% of people could recognise Folkestone and Hythe's current MP.

Well known local campaigner Lynne Beaumont says:

"After nearly 5 years in the job only 3 in 10 local people could recognise their Conservative MP.

"This shows just how little impact the local MP has had on our area in the last five years.

"This area needs an MP who lives and breathes our area and fights for what local people need."
