Tony Vaughan and Labour Campaigners after declaration of July 2024 General Election Result

For the first time since the creation of a Folkestone & Hythe Parliamentary seat, we have a non-Conservative MP.

Congratulations to Tony Vaughan, the new Labour MP for Folkestone & Hythe.

Also a huge thank you to Larry Ngan for standing for the Liberal Democrats in Folkestone & Hythe at this General Election, and to everyone that voted for him and supported him.

In Ashford constituency, which now includes the North Downs East and North Downs West wards, Labour's Sojan Joseph was also elected.

Also thank you to Adam Rowledge for standing for the Liberal Democrats and to everyone that voted for him and supported him there.
