Sandgate Business "The Sewing Space" are running a series of Bunting Days on Saturdays through April and May for local people and businesses to come and make bunting together for the summer!

In May 2023 Tim was re-elected to all the above seats for four more years. At the District Council AGM on 24th May 2023, he became Deputy Council Leader and Cabinet Member for Finance and Governance.
Previously, Tim has served on Folkestone Town Councillor for Cheriton from 2006-2011, and Shepway District Councillor for Cheriton from 2007-2011, Kent County Councillor for Folkestone West from 2009-2013. He has sat on Sandgate Parish Council for Sandgate Village since 2011.

Kent County Council have published a schedule of all programmed grass cutting / weed management services effective from 1 April 2012. The schedule gives a County wide specification and a district-by-district landscape operations schedule.
Kent Police Authority have extended their consultation on the new Kent Policing Model for on-line responses to 5 April.

Kent County Council is due to carry out essential maintenance work on Enbrook Valley, Enbrook Road, Fremantle Road and Romney Avenue (their entire lengths) in preparation for future surfacing. Only one road will be closed at a time.
